I finished these socks the last day of 2009. 2 years ago, I made a tangled yoke cardigan for my sister used orignial yarn rowan felted tweed. I ordered 8 skeins on ebay and I brought 1 and half from seoul when I was comming to Canada. My trunks are really heavy. But, I tired to bring yarn as much as possible. Anyway, I didn't find away to use them. I tired to make cowl and mittens few times and didn't finish.
I found a book "Sock Innovation" by Cookie A. in the Library. I have been tested different tradtional style of socks from Europe last year. But, this mirror image is really interesting. Some knitters said to me it's easy. I wanted to know about guesst dec. Not just follow the pattern. It was really nice text. Finally, understood.
She's amazing designer. I don't understand why she knit and design socks a lot at the sunny California. Cookie style socks are very elegance and unique.
I made ankelet and it's shoter than original. I don't have enough yardage. Whatever I like the result.
I will try to deaign my own style mirror image sock.
